WORDCRAFT SYSTEMS, INC.

Year End Update

Wordcraft Systems (OTC BB: WORC) is a Company in transition. Their core business from the last five years is faxing software.

In June when we first profiled the Company, we were expecting them to acquire the rights to market a new software system for Water Utilities known as "SWIM".

Unfortunately, it took well into October for them to finalize the rights to market this product.

The market wants to see them actually close some sales of this product. The market also wants the Company to become fully reporting.

A discussion with Management revealed that they have over $20 million in outstanding proposals out in the marketplace right now. If just a few contracts fall their way in the short term, look for this stock to head up quickly. We feel very strongly that this Company will have a great year in 1999, and achieve some of the market targets that both our newsletter and others felt the Company would be able to achieve.
